
Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by expanding market share across the Delhi NCR region. This includes developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and influencers in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with developers, architects, and contractors to promote and specify Gyproc Drywall Systems in projects.
- Forecast sales, build a robust project pipeline, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets for drywall products.
- Identify and convert new key accounts and projects in untapped territories.
- Conduct product presentations, site trials, and technical engagements to drive product adoption.
- Lead market development activities focused on Gyproc drywalls, including new applications, customer awareness, and loyalty programs.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and specifications to position Gyproc as the preferred solution.
- Ensure smooth project execution by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: BE/BTech in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 4–8 years of sales and key account management experience.
