Mobile App Growth Marketer

About the role:

We're seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead and scale paid campaigns that drive app installs, subscriptions, and conversions for wellness apps.

This position involves executing daily paid campaigns, optimizing funnels, and ensuring scalable growth.

The ideal candidate thrives on scaling apps through ads, experimenting with creative and funnel strategies, and leveraging AI + analytics tools to boost performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google) to drive installs and conversions
  • Develop and refine user acquisition funnels, ensuring profitable scalability
  • Leverage AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization
  • Analyze campaign and funnel data using tools like AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows
  • Stay updated with performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google)
  • Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets
  • Experience with Web2App Funnels
  • Hands-on experience with CleverTap, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Practical use of AI in marketing workflows (campaign automations, creative testing, etc)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
