Our organization seeks an accomplished Senior CSR Professional to spearhead its corporate fundraising and partnership initiatives.

This senior-level role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CSR fundraising strategy, cultivating relationships with corporations, and managing donors effectively while collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive strategic thinker and skilled communicator, with either a sales background or a strong understanding of India's CSR system and experience navigating partnerships with corporate donors. Responsibilities include:

  • Fundraising Strategy & Execution
    • Design and execute a strategic fundraising plan to achieve annual revenue targets
    • Cultivate new funding opportunities through CSR mandates, corporate philanthropy, and institutional donors
    • Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and communication materials for funders and prospects
  • CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS & DONOR RELATIONS
    • Nurture long-term partnerships with corporate partners
    • Organize donor engagement activities such as site visits, virtual events, and reporting sessions
    • Represent the organization at CSR forums and networking conferences
  • GRANT MANAGEMENT & REPORTING
    • Oversee CSR grants from due diligence to renewal negotiations
    • Collaborate with internal teams for effective implementation and donor stewardship
    • Maintain accurate tracking of donor metrics, funding milestones, and partnership outcomes

Successful applicants should possess 5 years of experience in sales, fundraising, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of success in either sales or CSR management, donor acquisition, and retention.
