Equity Division Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive the growth of our equity division. The role demands a deep understanding of equity markets, portfolio management, and team leadership.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving profitability, managing risk, and maximizing return on capital employed while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies for the equity division.
  • Manage daily operations of equity trading, research, and investment teams.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in equity operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and institutions.
  • Inspire and motivate the equity team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Drive innovation in research methodologies, portfolio strategies, and market approaches.
  • Interpret, analyze, and present sales, trading, and financial performance data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing and product positioning strategies.
  • Maintain profitability and maximize return on capital employed (ROCE).
