Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a meticulous and organized accounting professional to process payroll for US-based clients in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for US-based clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, benefits, and deductions.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close procedures.
  • Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reports as required.
  • Communicate effectively with teams to ensure timely and compliant deliverables.
  • Support tax filings and compliance documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in US accounting and payroll, preferably with QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and payroll compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines across time zones.
