Accounting Specialist

We seek a meticulous Accounting Specialist to handle end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and compliance for US-based clients.

This role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks.

About the Role
  • Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely postings.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per US GAAP.
  • Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and inter-company balances.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in US Accounting / Outsourcing / KPO industry.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax compliance, and payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting software.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with US clients.
