About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Associate – US Accounting who will be responsible for managing key accounting functions including Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, and P&L reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in Excel to ensure accuracy in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and review bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
  • Handle general ledger accounting and ensure timely reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and organizational policies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights for management decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of US Accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, and P&L.
  • Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Shift Timings (Important)

  • Regular: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (IST)
  • During Daylight Saving: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (IST)
