Operations Manager Role Overview:

We are seeking an operations-focused individual to manage vendor relationships, oversee the timely supply of goods and services, and ensure seamless operational processes.

This role demands exceptional coordination skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance verification.
  • Ensure timely purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, and payment coordination.
  • Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor databases, contracts, and operational documents.
  • Support procurement team in negotiations and cost optimization efforts.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and payment cycles.
  • Assist in preparing management information reports and operational dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Operations (desired).
  • 1–3 years of experience in vendor coordination, operations, or procurement.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and enterprise resource planning tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
