**Job Title:** Healthcare Operations Specialist

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to take on a leadership role in healthcare operations. As a Healthcare Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care services provided at our unit.

  • To oversee reporting and communication of quality improvement initiatives, quality, and patient safety awareness, safety culture survey administration, and recognition programs at the Unit.
  • Responsible for establishing, maintaining patient care protocols and standards, ensuring all regulations and guidelines for patient care are met, and increasing the bar on patient satisfaction.
  • Provide clinical and administrative direction for the clinical operation of medical departments and services.
  • Provide required support on medical audits.
  • Manage various committees like infection control committee, ethics committee etc at the Unit.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualification: MBBS + MHA
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Administration
  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
