Reliable Mechanical Systems Specialist

A skilled mechanical systems specialist is required to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and safe operation of critical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, align, dismantle, and assemble pumps, motors, gearboxes, and associated machinery.
  • Conduct scheduled, predictive, and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Carry out shaft alignment, laser leveling, and balancing of rotating equipment.
  • Replace and service bearings, seals, couplings, and lubrication systems to maintain optimal operating conditions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults, vibrations, and abnormal noises to prevent equipment failure.
Requirements:
  • Advanced technical diploma or equivalent trade qualification in mechanical fitting or maintenance.
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in pump, motor, and gearbox maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems mechanics, alignment techniques, and troubleshooting methods.
