Job Title: Senior Architect

This senior architect position demands a balance of design excellence, technical know-how, and the ability to mentor junior team members while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients.

The successful candidate will lead projects from concept to completion, translating design intent into detailed, buildable solutions. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Design & Concept Development: Drive concept design, schematic layouts, and design presentations, ensuring design aligns with company ethos, sustainability goals, and local building codes.
  • Project Management & Coordination: Prepare and oversee GFC drawings, detailed drawings, and tender documentation, liaising with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants for timely outputs.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior architects, interns, and drafting staff, conducting design reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Client & Stakeholder Interface: Attend client meetings, present design proposals, and handle approvals, coordinating with statutory authorities for permissions and compliance.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Indian Building Codes & Bye-laws: Strong knowledge of NBC 2016, ECBC, fire norms.
  • Construction Detailing: Excellent understanding of materials and services integration.
  • Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, Lumion / Enscene / V-Ray, Twinmotion, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Bluebeam / Acrobat.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a COA-recognized institution.
  • COA registration (mandatory).
  • Proven portfolio showcasing built and unbuilt work across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
