As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs that prioritize usability and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to demonstrate a deep understanding of design principles.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.
  • Mentor junior designers in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and enhance designs based on usability testing results.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive designs.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma.
  • Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.

This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
