Job Overview
- We are seeking a skilled User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that meet user needs and align with business objectives.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and create elegant UX designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather user research and usability testing data to inform design decisions.
- Design responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.
- Develop high-fidelity visual designs, including layout, typography, color, and imagery.
- Work closely with backend developers and data scientists to integrate UX with APIs and AI-driven workflows.
- Ensure consistency with branding, design systems, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in UX design, preferably in R&D.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
