Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious UI/UX Design Specialist to contribute to the design of our digital products and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to create seamless user experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into user-centric designs.
  • Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.

We require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar is essential.

A solid understanding of UI design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design is crucial for this role. Additionally, the ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, as well as strong communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams, are highly valued.
