We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to lead our finance team.

About the Role:

As Head of Finance and Accounting, you will be responsible for ensuring books of accounts are closed and audited as per applicable Accounting Standards and audit schedule.

You will provide analytical support to review financials, manage financial accounting of B2C segment, oversee monthly closing, and ensure accurate reporting of financial numbers to management.

The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and timely close Quarterly Statuary Audits with proactive measures to avoid Audit Issues and improve controls.

You will prepare BS disclosures on periodical basis, develop strong knowledge of accounting standards and guidelines, and apply them practically on business scenarios.

Closely coordinate with finance teams for timely closing and reporting of financials, ensure correct segmental reporting, and proper elimination of all group transactions.

Review monthly closing checklist, provide internal reporting of BS KPI to management, lead and supervise a team of professionals, motivate and coach them by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback.

Take end-to-end responsibility of closure of Financial Statement of Parent company and Indian subsidiaries, establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations, CARO and legislations.

Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies, ensure Board deliverables related to quarterly publishing of Financial statements of the company.

Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations, adhere to all accounting policies/guidelines, and make changes as per changes in Accounting standards, regulatory and other compliances.
