Capital Market Solutions Expert:

We seek a highly skilled professional to drive business growth through innovative Capital Market solutions.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement tailored BPM solutions for clients in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Brokerage, Custody, or Private Equity domains.
  • Develop client-centric proposals with cross-functional teams.
  • Create industry whitepapers, Points of View (PoV), and solution collaterals to support business development.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance solutioning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead RFP/RFI responses, including solution strategy, win themes, transformation approach, and pricing alignment.
  2. Participate in scope definition, due diligence workshops, orals, and proposal defense meetings.
  3. Work closely with sales, account, and delivery teams to develop client-centric proposals.
  4. Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies with global sales teams; support proactive proposal development.

  • Capital Markets Value Chain & Asset Classes.
  • Security & Trade Lifecycle.
  • Client Onboarding, KYC, and Data Management.
  • Trade Management (Front/Middle/Back Office).
  • Corporate Actions, Reconciliation, Payments.
  • Regulatory, Shareholder & Financial Reporting.
  • Workflow automation, RPA, IDP, Gen AI.
  • Knowledge of capital market platforms and tools.
  • Awareness of industry trends and digital transformation.

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, relationship management, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
