As a seasoned technology leader, you will oversee the smooth operation of accounting and finance platforms. The role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of operational best practices.

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a team of engineers and operations staff in delivering high-quality results while ensuring adherence to strict service level agreements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of engineers and operations staff, providing coaching, feedback, and career development support.
  • Ensure project deliverables and operational commitments are met on time, with high quality and compliance.
  • Oversee the smooth running of accounting and finance platforms, ensuring adherence to SLAs for availability, reliability, and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate effective incident and problem resolution processes, track corrective actions, and ensure lessons learned are documented.
  • Enforce established engineering, SRE, and operational best practices, including code reviews, change management, monitoring, and compliance.
  • Assign work across the team, balancing project and operational demands, and track progress against key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Have 7-10 years of experience in technology roles, with 2–3 years in people management of engineering or operations teams.
  • Possess experience managing delivery of technical projects or supporting mission-critical systems.
  • Familiarity with financial systems, accounting platforms, or financial data pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of operational practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to partner with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
