Project Management Professional

The successful project manager is a key member of the Delivery Management practice within the organization.

  • Ensure consistent delivery of software solutions to customers across industries.
  • Effectively manage commercial activities by securing committed revenue and maintaining healthy margins.
  • Implement effective change management to secure additional revenue for the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of customers and projects with varying sizes, complexities, and use cases throughout their lifecycle.

  • Implement successful project management practices and methodologies.
  • Lead a team of functional and technical consultants (internal and external).
  • Build trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interpret commercial and contractual terms and manage projects according to agreed terms and conditions.
  • Support leaders and teams on pre-sales activity and proposals.
Requirements

A minimum of 15 years of working experience and 8+ years of effective project management experience.

  • Experience in reputable organizations, including banks, system integrators, and software companies.
  • Software implementation experience in project management and technical delivery management.
  • Deliver large/medium software projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Good understanding of risk, fraud, originations, and customer onboarding domains.
  • Experience in delivering software solutions in loan originations, fraud, decisioning, and customer management.
  • Ability to travel (20-30%).

Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience with PMP or equivalent project management certifications.

Desired Skills

A track record of owning and carrying out projects from start to finish with strong prioritization and time management.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with internal and external teams and varying levels of management.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly collaborative approach to build, manage, and motivate project teams.
