Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for offshore implementation teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with development and onsite teams.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows using productivity tools such as Word and Excel.
  • Create and maintain accurate production calendars.
  • Review and update user lists for accuracy and completeness.
  • Propose and implement process improvements and automation ideas to increase efficiency.
  • Align with team goals and adhere to defined processes.
  • Design and tailor forms and letters for customers.
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Support setup and configuration of care panels, including data input.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools and ability to multitask across various projects.
  • Strong customer and team orientation.
