Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the successful delivery of large-scale Agile Release Trains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment of delivery objectives.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-team dependencies and risks, promoting a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, system demos, and Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies to drive seamless delivery and maximize business value.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years as a Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.
  • Proven track record of running large-scale Agile Release Trains and driving continuous improvement in Agile maturity.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, program management, and scaled delivery practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
