Global Sports Technology Delivery Manager

A senior delivery leader is required to manage multiple concurrent, complex technology projects from onboarding through successful delivery across distributed, agile squads.
- Lead high-performing teams of engineers and developers to deliver scalable solutions that make an impact worldwide.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, drive progress against goals, and foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Track and communicate project health with metrics like velocity, burn-down, throughput, and deadlines to both internal leadership and external clients.
Requirements
- 5–10 years' experience managing software product delivery, ideally in SaaS or SportsTech sectors.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is preferred.
- Deep expertise in Agile and hybrid methodologies, with experience leading distributed and offshore teams.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholder priorities.
