Job Description:

The role of a Vendor Risk Management Leader is to oversee and execute Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) engagements. This involves assessing vendor risks, ensuring compliance, and strengthening the organization's third-party risk framework.

This position requires strong expertise in TPRM, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and IT Risk Management. The ideal candidate will lead teams of risk consultants, provide technical mentorship, and manage large-scale TPRM transformation programs.

The key objectives of this role include identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks associated with third-party vendors. This involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent risk evaluation practices and implementing GRC tools and platforms to streamline TPRM workflows.

This is a full-time position that requires 6+ years of experience for a Manager and 9+ years of experience for a Senior Manager. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage TPRM engagements
  • Conduct risk-based audits of third-party vendors
  • Develop and maintain frameworks for vendor risk assessment
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent risk evaluation practices
  • Implement and manage GRC tools and platforms

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as proficiency in GRC tools like Archer, ServiceNow, MetricStream, or similar platforms. A background in certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or ISO 27001 LA will be an added advantage.
