About the Role

This is a high-profile position that requires leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. As an Assistant Vice President – Practice SME-Agentic AI, you will be responsible for leading complex finance & accounting blueprints with multiple countries/regions in scope, providing sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities, and leading business meetings with potential new clients for Genpact as part of the sales cycle.

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve financial and accounting processes
  • Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams on AI and digital technologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth
Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading complex finance & accounting blueprints with multiple countries/regions in scope
  2. Providing sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities
  3. Leading business meetings with potential new clients for Genpact as part of the sales cycle
  4. Architecting finance & accounting solutions and supporting transition
  5. Refining Accounts Payable (AP) process data repository as part of Knowledge Management framework
  6. Managing project engagements balancing organization profit and long-term client opportunity
  7. Coordinating with Genpact teams on various project management activities
  8. Reviewing solutioning projects delivered by Practice/Re-engineering/Operations SMEs
  9. Developing Genpact product offerings in line with industry changes
  10. Working closely with Global counterparts from all Genpact regions to attain standardization & improvement in the product offering
  11. Leading Digital SEP projects implementation
  12. Staying current on IFRS, GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other industry-specific policies and regulations
  13. Performing regular evaluations of team members' performance and identifying training requirements

Other responsibilities include building strategic relationships, traveling extensively, and being organized with attention to detail.
