We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead our AI initiatives, driving programme execution and ensuring timely delivery of complex AI projects. This pivotal leadership role will orchestrate delivery across engineering, data, and product teams, setting delivery frameworks, driving programme governance, and leading high-impact initiatives.

What You Will Lead and Deliver:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and programme governance for AI initiatives
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes, from scoping to deployment and adoption
  • Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met
  • Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a delivery leader or programme manager with a background in AI, digital transformation, or large-scale technology programmes
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to drive cross-functional teams and embed a culture of delivery excellence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to partner with business stakeholders
