Job Title: AIOPS Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 9+ years of experience in AIOPS and IT process automation, looking to leverage expertise in AI/ML to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI architectures, to optimize business processes.
  • Leverage Python frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
  • Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure platforms to ensure infrastructure health and performance.
  • Implement modern monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Apply Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UiPath to automate manual tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Foster excellent problem-solving, communication, and articulation skills to drive team success.
