Senior Health Risk Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This is a hybrid role that requires working in the office at least three days a week.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to design organizational health risk management and wellness programs
• Develop implementation plans, define roles of responsible parties, and bring in suitable health management vendors
• Design and plan all aspects of health risk management program implementation, including employee communication
• Supervise the launch of health risk management programs
• Manage operation of all health risk management projects and make changes in design and/or vendors as necessary
• Lead multiple HRM / H&W consulting client engagements
• Build trusted consultant relationships with client contacts through timely advice and efficient project execution
• Work with consultants and business development staff to strategize on approaching target clients
• Support overall client relationship building and management, besides leading health risk management consulting and health risk management programs
• Collaborate with other consultants to prepare comprehensive proposals for target clients
• Cross sell projects and services to current clients
• Health risk analysis and management consulting
• Oversee assigned health risk management/ H&W consulting projects
• Responsible for structuring customer proposal and consulting report formats for health risk management and wellness consulting projects
• Set up data analysis structure and methodology and/or undertake organizational health risk data analysis
• Present health risk management consulting project proposals to clients and support business development staff / general consultants in negotiation and acquisition of projects
• Build internal knowledge bank on health risk analysis and management
• Contribute to new value proposition, products, tools, and approaches
• Negotiate and select health management vendors
• Evaluate health management vendors for various health management programs, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements with selected vendors
• Collaborate with vendors to create customized health management programs for specific clients
• Monitor performance of health management vendors
• Create annual process for reviewing vendor performance and making appropriate changes in selected list of vendors

We require:

Educational Background:

• MBA from a reputable business school
• 5+ years of proven experience in the general insurance industry
• Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients
• Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background
• Domain Knowledge in aviation, aerospace, and reinsurance
• Knowledge of property and engineering lines is an added plus

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
