Machine Learning Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in machine learning operations and be responsible for designing and developing scalable data pipelines and engineering infrastructure to support machine learning systems at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Pipeline Development: Design and develop data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into a centralized repository.
  • Model Deployment: Take offline models built by data scientists and turn them into production-ready machine learning systems.
  • Tool Development: Develop and deploy tools and services for clients to handle machine learning training and inference.
  • Technology Evaluation: Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve performance, maintainability, and reliability of machine learning systems.
  • Software Engineering Practices: Apply software engineering rigor and best practices to machine learning, including CI/CD, automation, etc.
  • Model Support: Support model development with a focus on auditability, versioning, and data security.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Operations role.
  • Analytic Skills: Strong analytic skills for working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets.
  • Machine Learning Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of machine learning techniques including Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting Algorithm, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Support Vector Machines, Clustering, Bayesian Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Reduction.
