Job Title: Event Experience Manager
We are seeking an experienced Event Experience Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on delivering engaging events across various campuses pan-India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan and execute innovative event strategies that meet our objectives.
- Develop content for event communications including mailers, posters and other marketing materials.
- Manage event logistics including vendor coordination, budgeting and scheduling.
- Drive sponsorship and partnership opportunities to enhance events.
- Prepare pre-event plans, live event oversight and post-event reports with detailed analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging event concepts.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the events industry preferably with 4–5 years of experience.
- Graduate degree in Event Management, Hospitality or related fields.
