The Role

We're seeking an experienced Events Curator to help ideate, design, plan, and execute events and celebrations for our clients.

  • Ideation and Conceptualization: Develop itineraries, experiences, and services according to client requirements.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute small/large domestic/international events (on-site or remotely).
  • Reconnaissance and Venue Inspection: Travel for recce (if required) and inspect event venues & facilities to ensure they conform to our standards.
  • Event Management: End-to-end management of events across various scales, from corporate retreats to intimate couple celebrations.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Ensure budgets are agreed upon at the planning stage and all events are delivered within budget.
  • Provider Selection and Coordination: Evaluate and select providers of services according to client needs.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with staff at chosen event locations to coordinate and execute.
  • Project Planning and Tracking: Develop work breakdown structures, cost tracking, procurement, and project plans.
  • Financial Operations: Review event invoices for accuracy and manage internal and external stakeholders.
Must-Haves
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (knowledge of a second language is an added advantage).
  • Educational Qualification: Degree, preferably in event management or related field.
  • Work Schedule: Evening and weekend work may be required.
