We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced domain consultant to join our team.

  • This individual will play a key role in growing and expanding existing client engagements across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to front office client engagements
  • Offer advice on best practice solutions from process and technology perspectives
  • Lead and shape solution approaches and design
  • Ensure delivery oversight and governance
  • Execute large-scale transformational engagements from leadership and/or subject matter expert perspectives
  • Provide business value leadership to engagements through consulting skills
  • Offer program management leadership or guidance for large-scale programs

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-16 years of experience in continuous manufacturing industry or a consulting firm
  • Demonstrable industry-based subject matter expertise in relevant functions/client base
  • Experience with formal project management techniques (budgeting, planning, risk management)
  • Skilled in business value-led approaches and helping shape client decision-making
  • Action-oriented and willing to take ownership
  • Technical exposure to enterprise systems
  • Able to build relationships with clients at all levels

Desired Skillset:

  • Work experience and knowledge in product development process areas in continuous manufacturing industry
  • In-depth knowledge in manufacturing value chain processes, industry trends, and enabling technologies
  • Technical expertise & hands-on experience in one or more PLM tools
  • Work Experience in Product Analytics area like Product performance, Reliability testing, Market analysis
  • Understanding of Enterprise technologies like PLM, ERP, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in any of the PLM / CAD / Engineering tools
  • Experience in Project Management
