Manufacturing Efficiency Specialist: A Key Role in Production Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Efficiency Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of production machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee production lines to identify and resolve issues or defects
  • Coordinate with production team members to achieve targets and deadlines
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks during production
  • Identify and report defects or quality issues to the production and quality control teams
  • Manage material procurement and ensure timely availability
  • Perform routine maintenance of machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement lean manufacturing practices and reduce waste
  • Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and maintenance activities
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on production and quality performance

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also essential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, operations management)
