Job Description:

The Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient production of products. This includes planning, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the manufacturing process to meet customer demands and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing production teams, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and quality standards
  • Manage production teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain management to minimize delays and costs
  • Maintain accurate records of production processes, inventory levels, and product quality
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years overall experience in manufacturing operations or related field
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical, mechanical, or production engineering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP system
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
