Job Title: Operations Manager - Manufacturing Line
Location: Boisar, Maharashtra

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile manufacturing operations, with experience in managing teams and ensuring efficient production processes.

This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing line to meet production targets and ensure timely delivery of products. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and employee welfare within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and minimize downtime
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize stockroom space

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in textile manufacturing operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, including spinning, weaving, finishing, and dyeing
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
