**Job Overview**

The role of a Building Automation Systems (BAS) Commissioning Engineer involves the commissioning, testing and validation of BAS systems to ensure seamless integration with building operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers to take on a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.

**Responsibilities**

  • Design, development, commissioning and testing of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Commissioning, testing and validation of BAS systems to ensure seamless integration with building operations
  • Developing BMS/SCADA/HMI graphic screens and programming experiences in preferred SCADA, PLC, and BMS engineering platforms
  • Conducting IO Loop test and Functional test
  • Providing technical support to clients
  • Staying up-to-date with current trends in automation and instrumentation to select and implement modern controls architectures

**Requirements**

For this position, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with experience in BAS Engineering, Testing & Commissioning. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering from an accredited college or university.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in BMS Engineering, Testing & Commissioning is required, with a strong understanding of OPC, BACnet, Modbus protocol and IP, ETH, and MS/TP networking protocols.

Preferred qualifications include experience with SQL database programming, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
