Highly Experienced ASIC Physical Design Lead

We are looking for an experienced Physical Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of physical design flows, including floor planning, placement, routing, and timing closure.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical design, with experience in tools such as Innovus, Fusion Compiler, and PERL scripting. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement physical design flows, including floor planning, placement, routing, and timing closure.
- Develop and maintain tool scripts and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets technical requirements.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in physical design, with a focus on ASIC design.
- Strong knowledge of EDA tools and scripting languages (PERL, TCL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
