Project Management Roles

We have multiple openings for Project Managers with expertise in handling complex projects across various industries, including Oil & Gas and Aerospace.

Candidates with experience in leading cost-out initiatives, project scheduling, cross-functional team coordination, risk management, and business case formulation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developed and implemented Phase-Gate process-based project execution strategies to ensure timely delivery and successful project outcomes.
  • Established and tracked project schedules, ensuring milestone accomplishment and timely project launch.
  • Coordinated cross-functional teams to design and implement project tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Developed and implemented Risk and Opportunity Management plans in alignment with PMI standards.
  • Led project reviews to update leadership teams on progress and secure necessary resources.
  • Formulated business cases, including revenue forecasts and resource planning.
  • Managed dashboard creation for Program Managers group, enhancing reporting and tracking.
  • Deployed project management best practices, ensuring the successful delivery of critical projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Engineering graduate with PMP certification.
  • 8-12 years of experience in project management and management for multiple sites.
  • Experience in engineering or manufacturing industries, handling complex projects across multiple sites.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management principles and be able to apply them effectively in a dynamic environment.
