Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the successful execution of projects from initiation to closure.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. They will be responsible for defining project objectives, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgeting.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that may impact project deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver results.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, including regular progress updates, issue reporting, and change management.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • A postgraduate or graduate degree in an engineering discipline, or a related field.
  • Professional Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
