Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead complex digital transformation projects. As a project leader, you will play a key role in aligning client expectations with internal delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence across multiple accounts.

About the Role

The successful execution of these projects requires strong leadership and expertise. You will be responsible for leading project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery. This includes defining and maintaining scope, timelines, and resource plans, as well as collaborating with design, tech, and strategy teams for alignment on project goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
  • Define and maintain scope, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment on project goals.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, and escalations.
  • Run daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and status reports.
  • Monitor project health using KPIs and ensure timely risk mitigation when issues arise.

Requirements

We require 24 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital agencies or consultancies. You should have an excellent understanding of web/app development, UX/UI workflows, and CMS/CRM platforms. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is also essential. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
