About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Home Loans and Loan Against Property operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring credit quality, managing risks, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve branch business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to drive performance and meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure strict adherence to credit quality and risk management policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage branch operations to ensure smooth functioning.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience in Home Loans and LAP, with a minimum of 1 year of proven team handling and leadership experience. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work independently and drive team performance is required. Preference will be given to local candidates from Aurangabad/Chakan.
