Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting slimming & weight management therapies using advanced appliances is essential.
  • Designing and supervising customized therapeutic exercise plans requires expertise in physiotherapy assessment & weight management.
  • Guiding clients based on their medical and lifestyle needs demands good communication & client counseling skills.
  • Supporting sales through upselling/cross-selling of wellness therapies is crucial for business growth.
  • Maintaining hygiene, equipment, and product stock as per SOP is mandatory.
  • Accurate service records and regular reports are necessary for business evaluation.
  • Referring clients with other concerns (skin/hair) to the right experts ensures holistic wellness services.
  • Participating in events, workshops, and continuous training enhances professional development.
Desired Skills:
  • Expertise in physiotherapy assessment & weight management is required.
  • Knowledge of fitness tools (bands, dumbbells, stepper, physio ball, etc.) is beneficial.
  • Good communication & client counseling skills are essential.
  • Team collaboration & adaptability are critical for success.
