Database Administrator Role

We are seeking a seasoned Database Administrator to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions for the healthcare industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale MySQL deployments. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience with HA Proxy, ProxySQL, or MaxScale and working knowledge of AWS database technologies such as Aurora and RDS.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in MySQL management
  • Experience in configuring HA and clustering solutions
  • Large-scale MySQL deployments
  • MySQL sharding architecture and techniques
  • Ability to work with Linux/Unix based OS Environment
  • MS SQL experience is a plus
  • Software as a service industry experience is a plus
  • Cloud experience is a plus
