ERP Project Manager

Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, oversee project planning, execution and delivery.

  • Project Planning & Execution
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets.
    • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
  • ERP Implementation Leadership
    • Drive full-cycle ERP implementations from initiation through to go-live and stabilization.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth user adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Team Management
    • Lead and coordinate internal teams, vendors and consultants.
    • Provide strong leadership and direction to ensure team alignment.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management
    • Communicate project milestones, status updates, risks and issues.
    • Support organizational change management and training efforts.
  • Risk & Issue Management
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
    • Develop risk response and contingency plans.
  • Quality & Compliance
    • Ensure ERP solutions meet business, functional and technical requirements.
    • Oversee QA processes including testing strategies and audits.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
    • Evaluate, select and manage vendors and implementation partners.
    • Monitor vendor performance and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Budget & Cost Control
    • Manage ERP project budgets effectively.
    • Monitor project financials and report on budget performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing ERP projects.
  • Proven track record of successful ERP implementations.
  • Deep understanding of ERP methodologies, system architecture and integration points.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors and teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
  • Certification in project management and ERP systems.
