Job Title: Project Management LeadAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our project management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects across multiple initiatives and workstreams.Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain integrated workplans that reflect all program activities, milestones, and dependencies across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
  • Standardize resource forecasting and capacity planning across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
  • Provide strategic insights from integrated plans to optimize timelines and resourcing across the program.
  • Facilitate preparation and execution of integrated planning workshops, including material creation, meeting management, and follow-up.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management with a focus on cross-functional alignment and integrated planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks to program delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2 would be advantageous.
