Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Immigration Operations Specialist to join our team at GSK. As a key member of our immigration team, you will play a critical role in supporting our global immigration projects and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the immigration manager with global immigration projects, including providing guidance on immigration applications and conducting interviews with applicants.
  • Provide expertise on immigration laws and procedures, including visa and work permit applications, and maintain records of employees in HRIS systems.
  • Coordinate with immigration vendors to secure visas and work permits for GSK employees and implement and govern Right to Work checks for all relocating employees and active assignees globally.
  • Train staff on immigration laws and procedures and provide guidance on how to handle specific cases.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure efficient processing of immigration applications.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in global immigration operations and documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource, business administration, travel, tourism, and hospitality, commerce, arts, law (immigration), or related fields.
  • Expertise with immigration for EU countries and USA is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills and command of English (mandatory).
  • Expertise of foreign languages – Spanish, German, Italian, French will be an added value.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with immigration portals and vendor applications.
  • Passion to learn and grow.
