Global Mobility Specialist

Job Summary
Waters Corporation is seeking a skilled Global Mobility Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, India. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of global mobility, including relocation, transfers, assignments, and immigration.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer global mobility programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Manage relocation benefit packages, including international assignments, permanent transfers, and local relocations.
- Partner with external immigration law firms to manage work permit requests and file approved applications.
- Identify areas of potential risk or opportunities for process enhancements within global mobility.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and cost center allocation for relocation and immigration costs.
- Maintain documents related to relocation and immigration, ensuring compliance and proper filing.
- Collaborate with external mobility vendor partners, including relocation, immigration, and tax services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a mobility role, preferably in an international company.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with experience working with global cross-functional groups.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
