Global Immigration Consultant - SalesJob Overview:

As a key member of Y-Axis Solutions Private Limited's sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and sales efforts. With a high volume of inquiries each month, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to potential customers seeking overseas education, immigration, or visa services. Your primary focus will be on understanding their requirements, offering tailored advice, and effectively articulating the value of our services through various channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, offering expert guidance on overseas education and immigration services.
  • Stay updated with current immigration and visa laws, providing clear and accurate information to customers.
  • Conduct fair and neutral evaluations of candidates' profiles, objectively assessing their qualifications and chances of success.
  • Develop personalized global career strategies tailored to customers' individual needs and aspirations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by proactively responding to queries and advising customers on their immigration and visa requirements.
  • Meet assigned targets for customer acquisition, revenue generation, and other relevant metrics by setting clear goals and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to convey complex information concisely, while actively listening to customer needs.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to address customer issues promptly and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Comfortably use computers, the internet, and online communication tools for efficient interactions with customers.
