An Associate Student Connect position is available.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill this role.
About the RoleThe Associate Student Connect will be responsible for coordinating and administering various aspects of student services.
- Act as a single point of contact for students at assigned Learning Centres (LCs) from a servicing perspective.
- Work with Academic Enhancement Programmes (AEPs) teams to drive re-registration efforts.
- Train AEP staff on student services.
This position requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:
- Plan and manage the student journey and lifecycle.
- Engage students regularly, help them plan for academic cycles, and encourage attendance at lectures and study materials.
- Drive assignment submissions and exam registration processes.
- Collect feedback from students on their experiences, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.
- Share feedback with relevant stakeholders to enhance the overall student experience.
- Stay updated on program changes, policies, and procedures.
The Associate Student Connect will also assist in managing exam conduct and other aspects of exam execution.
Stakeholder CoordinationThe role involves liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders for academic-related queries and supporting exam conduct at assigned LCs.
MIS & ReportsThe successful candidate will create and manage reports on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Learning Management System (LMS), track student queries, follow up to resolve, and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS).
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical abilities and preferably hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and deliver against multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Active listening, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- Advantageous to have knowledge of the local language.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A graduate or postgraduate degree/MBA.
- Relevant 2-3 years of work experience in customer service/support, preferably from Education/Training, BFSI, Real Estate, Telecom, Retail, or Consumer Goods & Services, new-age industries.
- Work exposure to Distance Education/Ed Tech sector will be an added advantage.
