About the Role:

We're looking for a Marketing Strategist who is both analytically sharp and creatively driven.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the balance between data and storytelling, who is confident managing campaigns, and who's excited to experiment, optimize, and scale high-performing strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Own the campaign strategy — making strategic decisions to maximize ROI and customer growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling, on-brand campaign assets.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Report on campaign performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a fast-growing or digital-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into strategy.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics: ROAS, CAC, CLTV, attribution models, etc.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset — you're comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting ideas clearly.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
