Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Legal Professional to join our team.

This role will involve managing all legal and compliance matters for the business, ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, affidavits, and applications.
  • Handling compliance-related work across corporate, real estate, and regulatory matters.
  • Representing the business in legal proceedings, hearings, and government offices when required.
  • Preparing and filing applications, petitions, and responses with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintaining organized legal records and case files.
  • Coordinating with senior advocates, external counsel, and consultants to ensure smooth handling of ongoing matters.
  • Monitoring changes in relevant laws/regulations and keeping management updated.
  • Providing strategic legal advice to management on various transactions and disputes.

Requirements:

  • LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory).
  • Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
  • 3+ years of experience in litigation, compliance, or corporate law (real estate exposure preferred).
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes, property laws, and commercial law.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with senior lawyers.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines independently.
