Digital Circuit Design Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of complex digital circuits using EDA tools such as Cadence Tempus and Synopsys PrimeTime. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to leverage their expertise in design automation and scripting programming skills (Perl, Python, and/or TCL) to improve design efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex digital circuits using EDA tools.
- Develop flow automation scripts to improve design efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Maintain and enhance existing designs to meet changing requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and 4+ years' experience in STA/CAD, or Master's degree and 2+ years' experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong UNIX and scripting programming skills.
- Expert knowledge of at least one EDA timing and constraints tool.
- Experience with version control software.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with good interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Experience with mixed-signal design.
